PHOTOS: UT cooks up new menu items for football season, including a tomahawk steak

ASAN (KXAN) – On Wednesday, the Texas Cooking Team inspected the new menu elements available to fans for Texas longhorns 2025.

The menu elements included:

  • Tomahawk marinated beef
  • Pretsett Korea Mac and cheese
  • Sweet chicken sweet tea
  • 1883 Mac and cheese
  • BRISKEN QUESO FONDUE
  • Bovalo chicken lollypops
  • The burning pork ends
  • Brecett cut
  • Chimney
  • Burning oyster

These food options were shown at a media event on the campus on Wednesday evening, and not every element mentioned above is available for every fans on the field.

A press release said that the event includes food truck options, stadium concessions, and “tasting the excellent style style.”

In addition, UT said that every football game will get a famous guest chef that will display signing dishes.

Chef Harun May said: “All the amazing things we have reached this season. We have a lot of amazing food, and many elements. All chefs contributed to something amazing, and I think it will be really special and I cannot wait until everyone tries it.”

The first home match was appointed on September 6 when it hosts the state of Texas San Jose at 11 am
