Parents of missing baby Emmanuel Haro plead not guilty in murder case

Jake and Rebecca Harro, the fathers accused of killing their 7 -month -old child, Emmanuel, went to a judge in Riferside, California, on Thursday when they admitted that they were not guilty of all charges.

The couple is accused of killing Emmanuel, according to the prosecutors, who have been subjected to long treatment.

“He has been abused for a period of time,” said Michael Hesterin, the lawyer for the River County. “Both parents were aware of this abuse.”

Harros is facing deaths and a false report to the police after Rebecca told the authorities that her child had been kidnapped after assaulting her outside a large sports commodity store in Yukayba on August 14. They held a press conference in Emmanuel’s safe return. However, the authorities found contradictions in their story and later identified that the kidnapping had never happened.

Both were arrested at their home in Kabzon, a small desert community northwest of Palm Springs, on August 22. The remains of the child are still not present.
