Olivia Rodrigo continues to collect alt-rockers like Infinity Stones: After previously bringing out David Byrne and Robert Smith during her headlining slots at Governors Ball and Glastonbury earlier this summer, she kept the trend going at Lollapalooza on Friday night with a surprise on-stage collaboration with Weezer.

Rivers Cuomo and co. joined Rodrigo during the tail end of her headlining set, teaming up for performances of two Weezer classics: “Buddy Holly” and “Say It Ain’t So.” Rodrigo played along on guitar and harmonized with Cuomo, looking absolutely thrilled the entire time. Watch footage of both performances below.
Rodrigo has just one stop left on her “GUTS World Tour”: a headlining appearance at Montreal’s Osheaga Music Festival on Sunday night. Any guesses as to which iconic Canadian alt-rocker might join her there? Meanwhile, Weezer have a full slate of upcoming festival appearances, including Riot Fest in Chicago; Oceans Calling in Ocean City, MD; and Corona Capital in Mexico City.
