Douglas County, Colorado (KDVR) – The Court of Appeal has not made a final decision to support a lawsuit aimed at stopping the vote on the enactment of al -Qaeda structure in Douglas County.
The rule of the house is a form of local rule that gives cities and provinces more autonomy from the state law. Democratic state representative, Bob Marshall, and two residents of Douglas Province, raised a legal measure to stop the elections in April.
Marshall said: “The more you pull you, the greater the onion on this thing, the more it continues to rot and rot, the smell and the unpleasant smell,” Marshall said.
Marshall tells Fox31 that he is concerned about the lack of transparency and what he calls violation of the open meeting law.
He said: “I heard about it for the first time after the commissioners put it in the poll, which is the most important decision that the province can take at all.”
Marshall also claims that investors with special interests will benefit from domestic rule, and the residents may incorrectly bear decisions on many hot button issues such as abortion and the minimum wage of the state.
He said: “I am in fact not conceptual against the rule of the home; it may be good or it may be bad, as this is just a very bad one because of the process they use.”
Provincial Province Commissioner 2 George Tail tells that the issue against the elections is without an advantage.
“He wants to stop the democratic process just because he does not agree with it, and this is not how America is supposed to work,” he said.
The committee set 17 meetings in the city hall to discuss the internal government.
Tail said: “Not everyone agrees with everything that happens from the ruler’s palace and under the state with the legislative body of the state, and the idea of local control is an attractive idea.”
The police order in Douglas Province issued a statement saying that it is against the form of the government in Douglas Province, “… because the domestic rule will give all power and power in one office or a political office or in a small group of a few people; there are little or non -supervision of this authority and power.”
TEAL FOX31 tells that it is an expected position dependent on the boycott position on the unions.
He said: “It does not surprise me at all that they oppose this. We may benefit from the right and concession permitted under the revised laws in Colorado to not allow collective bargaining among the boycott employees to include the deputies of our sheriffs.”
The FOX31 committee tells that one of the main issues is to create a closer working relationship with the United States for Migration and Customs Enforcement on Immigration Cases.
“There is no problem working with our federal partners, with the exception of immigration partners and many of our residents, we would like to be able to do this; he would like our mayor to be able to conclude agreements with ICE.”
Teal adds that the province’s strength will be limited by the base of the house.
He said: “We are not separated from the country that we are on, we use the right and privilege under the state constitution.”
Wilde County and 100 cities in Colorado have a home base structure in place. Marshall warns that the home base does not come with the freedom of local leaders.
Marshall said: “Wilde’s province had a 50 -year -old judgment, as it is more conservative than Douglas County. If they could stay away from the half of the elements that Douglas County Commissioners say we can avoid the law of the state, they have already done so.”
The first base voting was set at home on June 24, and a final vote is scheduled for November 4. If the procedure is passed, the household base will enter into force in Douglas County on January 1, 2026.
