NWS: First ever Heat Advisory issued in Alaska

ASAN – The National Weather Service has issued the first heat advice ever for Alaska in the Ferbanks area to prepare for the warmer degrees of normal temperatures expected during the next few days.

While this is the first heat consultant ever in Alaska, this is not the first time that the state has faced these highlands.

NWS FairBanks released a heat consultant

Thermal consultations will be valid from 1 pm from Sunday to 7 pm on Tuesday, with high temperatures in the 1970s and eighties.

These warmer degrees of normal temperatures can affect those who are not familiar with these temperatures, which increases the risk of heat diseases.

For the record – the history of the Alaska heat

The temperatures in the middle to the eighties are usually less likely in a refrigerated condition, but Alaska has seen high temperatures before.

In the Ferbanks, there were at least thirty days at all. The current record of the highest temperature in Alaska is 100 degrees in Fort Yokon, dating back to 1915.

In recent years, the Ferbanks region has had multiple high temperatures ranging from 80 degrees -90 degrees.
