Federal officials announced that the helicopter company in New York City, which is involved in the terrible crash of the Hudson River last week, killed six people, including children, closed their operations.
The tragic April 10 accident occurred near the Sahel line in New Jersey with witnesses that they say was around 3:18 pm, they saw the main roundabout of the shells and the tail collapsing while the smoke was coming out of the helicopter and sliding in the water, according to the Associated Press.
Each person on board, a family of five visits from Spain with their three young children, as well as the pilot, an old warrior in the US Navy.
Their bodies later recovered from the river.
“New York Helicopter Tours – the company participating in the deadly accident on Hudson earlier this week – their operations are closed immediately”, officials in The Federal Aviation Administration has been published to X Sunday evening.
The Federal Aviation Administration officials added that they will continue to support the investigation into the incident conducted by the National Safety Council for Transport and are calling a review of a license record and safety of the tourism tourist organizer.
“Finally on the theme of the helicopter safely on a large scale: FAA is already analyzing the hot points of the country’s/helicopter, and we will host the helicopter safety committee on April 22 to discuss the results, risks and additional mitigation options.”
The officials added that FAA’s main priority is to protect the flying audience.
