Denver (KDVR) – The new United States lawyer in Colorado County, appointed by US Prosecutor Pamela Bondi, was sworn in by the American boycott judge Daniel Dominico on Monday, According to a press statement from the US Prosecutor’s Office, Colorado County.
The newly appointed lawyer for Colorado County is Peter McNley, who has worked as an American lawyer in Colorado since 2014.
During his period as a federal public prosecutor, McNley focused on following up the drug gang members, combating the fentian epidemic and reducing violent crime.
According to the press statement, his work in prosecuting issues involved in the doses of Ventanil or Fintanel made him one of the pioneering fentian prosecutors in Colorado and a respected resource throughout the country.
It has also helped to create federal teams that focus on national organized crime and violent crime.
McNeilly previously worked in positions, including:
- American lawyer
- Head of the Organizing Crime Department through patriotism and money laundering
- Opion coordinator in Colorado County
- The leading strike of the strike force for the drug enforcement division in Denver crime
He is a lieutenant in the American Marine Corps, and he has supported the leaders and presented the rule of law as a naval judge in active service, before his time in his current role, and continues to work in reserves during his period in his position.
He ruled cases that involve sexual assaults, exploit children, financial crimes, and crimes committed in Iraq and Afghanistan. He held the position of a three -star legal advisor, and he is currently on his second tour as a military judge.
In his new position, McNley will oversee all the federal criminal prosecution and civil judgment that was held on behalf of the United States government in Colorado. It will also lead a team of more than 160 lawyers, professional staff and government contractors.
