NeNe Leakes BACK On Good Terms With Bravo…RHOA Fans Think A Return Is Coming!

NeNe Leakes is clearing the air about her current relationship with Bravo — and it sounds like things are warming up again.

In an interview with BOSSIP, NeNe Leakes opened up about her current relationship with the network that launched her into stardom. Despite past tensions — including a headline-making lawsuit — NeNe says she and Bravo’s parent company, NBCUniversal, are back on good terms.

“I see the clips and I see the comments that people make—people think that I’m in a bad place with Bravo or NBC, and that is just not the case,” she revealed.

“There’s been so much talk. We’ve actually cleared all of our disagreements; we’ve actually sat at the same table and worked through these things. We’ve worked with all of that stuff.”

NeNe’s comments come months after she co-hosted NBCUniversal’s Live from E! Emmy After Party alongside Vanderpump Rules star Ariana Madix — a move that reignited rumors of a Bravo return. When asked directly, NeNe leaned into the metaphor. “We are dating,” she teased. “So I think it’s slow, but so far, all is well.”

She also pointed out that her continued appearances on high-profile NBC events should speak volumes.

“And then sometimes I think people are not thinking I’m working for NBC. You know, when you see me hosting the Oscars or the Emmys on the red carpet, they own those carpets, and if we were in some sort of beef, they would not have me on their carpets,” she said.

In April 2022, NeNe filed a lawsuit against Bravo, NBCUniversal, Andy Cohen, and several production companies, accusing them of fostering a racially insensitive workplace culture. She alleged that former co-star Kim Zolciak-Biermann had made racist comments over the years — and that the network punished NeNe for speaking up rather than holding Kim accountable.

NeNe also claimed Kim-Biermann was rewarded with her own spinoff, Don’t Be Tardy, which ran for eight seasons. Kim later responded to the allegations, calling them “ridiculous” and “not true.”

Court documents later revealed that NeNe voluntarily dismissed the lawsuit in 2023 without prejudice, meaning she could revisit the case in the future. Despite her tumultuous exit from RHOA in 2020 after season 12, NeNe’s return to the Bravo orbit has fans speculating about a possible comeback.

While she hasn’t confirmed any plans to return to The Real Housewives of Atlanta, she emphasized that her relationship with the network has evolved. NBC owns Bravo, and we are in an okay place,” she said. “We are dating.”

Season 16 of The Real Housewives of Atlanta airs Sundays at 8 p.m. ET on Bravo.
