'Multiple locations involved': 1 person dead in East Wonsley Drive homicide, APD says

ASAN – The Austin Police Administration is investigating a murder in East Wondley Drive in North Austin after a man was found a “clear shock” and later died.

During a media briefing on Tuesday, APD said there was another person that the police believed was involved in the accident. According to the police, this person was treated in the hospital. The police did not call the victim or the person who may participate.

The officers responded to a high priority service call in 400 blocks of East Wonsley Drive, North East Anderson Lane and Interstate-35 around 5:15 pm

The ministry said that one of the callers 911 told the police that the person was lying on the ground, unconscious of blood.

APD told officers together with the province of Austin Travis EMS who conducted measures to save life on the man. He announced his death at 5:28 pm, according to APD.

Austin police said this is a great crime scene and it is believed that there are “multiple sites involved.”

The administration said this is still an active theater of the crime and those close to alternative methods must. APD said this is an isolated accident and there is no threat to the public.
