More victims found, child porn charges filed against popular rock band drummer

Officials announced on Friday that two minors were identified as victims in a pornography case against Joseph Siders, the drama player in the Canadian Independent Rock Music band The New Pornographies.

Siders, residing in Palm Sahara in 44 years, was arrested on April 9 after recording multiple children using the bathroom at Chick-Fil-A.

According to the Sharif Office of the Riferside County, the charges related to the new victims were brought against Siders on June 5 and were not related to the April accident.

These additional charges against Seaiders include committing obscene acts by force or fear, using or coercion minor on the production of pornography for children, possession of children’s pornography, disturbing/harassment of a child and invasion of privacy, according to the Sharif Office.

The officials of the ages or sexes did not reveal the new victims.

Joseph Syders appears in an unknown form submitted by the Riferside County Department.

SEIDERS has been held since his arrest on April 9, which occurred two days after a 11 -year -old boy, an adult men told him that he was using the bathroom in the fast food restaurant located in the 73000 building of Dinah Shore Drive.

After obtaining an inspection note, the police searched the home of the Drams player, cars and cell phone and said that they found “evidence of his involvement in the two incidents reported, along with additional crimes, including the possession of pornography for children.”

The 44 -year -old girl was booked at the John Benoit detention center in Indeo to possess pornography from children, disturb/harass a child, invade privacy, and try to invade privacy.

The New Pornographes Squad issued a statement on April 17th Instagram.

“Everyone in the band was completely shocked, terrified and destroyed by Joe Sadars- we immediately cut all relationships with him,” the statement said. “Our hearts go out to everyone who is affected by his actions.”

Sharif’s office said this is an ongoing investigation, and it is required by anyone who has information about these crimes to contact the Inguez investigator at 760-836-1600.
