(Crohn) – A man who lived in an unlicensed daytime sponsorship in East Palo Alto was sentenced to decades for decades after being convicted of multiple charges of harassment of children.
Prosecutors said that Norberto Renterea Botista molested three children – between the ages of 5 and 11 – who attended daytime sponsorship run by the wife of Botista inside the couple’s home.
The Sacred Supreme Court judge, Kevin Denlifi, ruled on Tuesday to spend 24 years in the state prison, with a 1530 -day credit for the detained time.
Judge Botista, 72, also ordered the registration as a lifelong sex.
His condemnation was the result of an investigation into the East Palu Alto police administration began three years ago. On February 1, 2022, the father arrived at day sponsorship to pick up his 7 -year -old daughter.
Prosecutors said that the wife of Botista has never told the father to return his daughter to daytime care. The girl had attended daytime care since she was five years old.
After the father asked why his daughter was not able to return, the wife said that she had left the 7 -year -old girl alone with Potista. When the wife returned, she saw her husband harassing the girl, according to the provincial prosecutor’s office. The girl told her father that Botista had harassed several times.
Prosecutors said that two additional victims also advanced, including the person who was sexually abused between 7 and 11, and the second that was 5 years old.
In July, Potista did not acknowledge any competition for continuous sexual liberation for children.
