Man who killed person while speeding in Corvette convicted

SANA Francisco (Kron) – The San Francisco District said on Tuesday that a man driving his car more than 60 miles over the maximum speed in the Bayvio region of San Francisco, which led to the death of the person, was convicted of the total intentional killing of vehicles.

Prosecutors say that in October 2019, Valentino Miles was a traveler in the Chevy Corvette Z06 rental at least 140 miles per hour below Evans Street towards Hunter Point Street. According to the DA office, Miles was in a 35 -myl -hour area when he took a sharp right turn and could not stay in his neighborhood, causing him to collide in a car.

The effect led the victim’s car to nearly 90 feet and eventually led to the death of the victim, according to the prosecutors.

According to the assistant provincial lawyer Angela Rose, the victim was on his way to a picnic with his family.

“This tragedy was 100 % preventable,” said Brock Jenkins, provincial lawyer. “After six years of this incident, we have made some progress and better in its situation to make our ways safer, but we still see a lot of quick and dangerous behavior on our ways. I hope that this ruling brings the victim’s family some closure and a feeling of recovery and sends a message to everything that my office takes seriously and that I seek justice as long as it requires it.”

Miles is currently not in reservation. The judgment is scheduled to be issued on August 7.
