KDVR – A man who admitted to be guilty on August 11 on charges of saying Friday is sentenced to 19 years in prison for his actions.
Stefon Flapers was accused of coercing at least four women for participating in the prostitution plan for the financial gains between September and November of 2023. Prosecutors said that flowers had published online ads that included the pictures that forced women to take.
