KDVR-A man was sentenced to 20 years in prison at the Ministry of Reform in Colorado by the seventeenth Judicial Prosecutor Office for drug smuggling “on a large scale” in Adams County, Da Office announced in a press statement on Monday morning.
The man, Roderick May, 45, was sentenced to his possession with the intention of distributing large quantities of fentanel, methamphetamine and cocaine.
On May 25, 2024, Thornton police officers saw that Maye moves to the upcoming traffic on East 88th Avenue Street.
The officers conducted a traffic station, and they said that May showed signs of weaknesses and tests on the side of the road, before they were arrested for his leadership under the effect.
While searching for the car, the officers found multiple open containers of alcohol and the Royal Taj bag in the central control unit that contains a plastic bag of the Blue M30 pillb pills, which weigh 211 grams.
The officers also found additional elements in the car, including:

- Empty plastic bags
- Multiple bags of metamphine vitamin weighs a total of 378 grams
- Blue Fintanel Pills M40 weighs 56 grams
- Cocaine weighs 4 grams
- A 45 caliber pistol loaded with a magazine and one tour of the room under the driver’s seat
- Another magazine. 45 Caliber is fully loaded
- 0.9MM magazine is fully loaded
May acknowledged that he was guilty of possession of a felony with the intention of distributing fentanel (more than 50 grams) and driving under the effect. As part of the same approval agreement, he acknowledged that he was guilty of a felony with the intention of distributing an oversight material.
It was sentenced to August 13 to 20 years for every crime, which will continue simultaneously.
“This defendant had large quantities of drugs that he planned to distribute in our society and will now go to prison instead,” said Brian Masson, a lawyer in the province at the press statement. “By taking this armed drug dealer from the streets, we continue our efforts to protect this society from the devastating influence of Fintanel, metha and cocaine.”
