The Hilburo County County Office said that a man in Florida was arrested to attack a 11 -year -old child, believing that she was throwing eggs in his apartment last week.
In the afternoon directly on Saturday, the deputies responded to the Alison Park Bliss apartment complex after receiving reports of the attack.
Marius Moto, 43, was arrested on a video hanging the little girl screaming, and begging for someone to help her. The deputies said that Moto had repelled the girl and forced her to the ground.
