Man opens fire, kills 18-year-old woman on Metro Bus near LAX

The authorities said that a man escaped after he opened fire on a bus near Los Angeles International Airport on Friday night, killing and killing a young woman.

This happened at about 10:45 pm, according to the Los Angeles Police Department, near the Balford and Manchester intersection in Westemster.

“The bus operator heard east on the Metro bus line 115 near Lax, he heard gunshots from the back of the bus and stopped immediately, allowing all passengers to leave,” a La Metro spokesman said. The police said the suspect had escaped on foot after the shooting.

A primary investigation revealed that the verbal quarrel on the metro bus led to a 20 -year -old man claiming to launch multiple rounds, and hit a 18 -year -old woman. It was not immediately clear whether the victim was the suspected armed militant goal.

LAPD said that the adolescent victim was taken to a local hospital, where her death was announced later.

The metro spokesperson added: “The metro extends its sympathy for the victim’s family and friends and thanks the fire and police extinguishing departments in Los Angeles for its immediate response.”

The authorities did not immediately specify the suspect or the victim, and no arrests were announced from Saturday morning.
