Officers have identified a 25 -year -old man with a fiery wound inside the black Toyota sedan.
Video of witnesses The victim’s car showed that stopped at a crowded intersection alongside a second vehicle that may have been shattered. The victim’s car was seen with severe damage on the side of the passenger.
