KDVR-A Leadville man was arrested for second-degree killing in terms of shooting on the deadly road in Lake Province on Monday evening.
Robert Price Chase, 31, was arrested from Leidville, and he was placed at the Lake County detention facility, according to the investigative office in Colorado.
CBI said that on Monday at about 10 pm, Lake Sharif County Office was called to the 13200 Highway, South Woodland Park and North Green Mountain Fols, for the shooting report.
Representatives found a dead man from a clear shooting at the scene. This man was identified as Landon Laville Mink, 40, from LEDLEL.
At this stage, investigators believe that the two men were involved in a road anger that escalated into violence, and that Chis shot the victim during the accident.
Cis appeared before the initial court on Tuesday, when his bond was set at $ 100,000. It is scheduled to be in the next court on October 16.
