Man allegedly harms stranger's dog with chemical spray at American Canyon Walmart

(Krona) – A man was arrested on Tuesday after spraying a strange dog in the face with a harsh chemical for cleaning inside the American Valley Valley, according to the police.

After 7 pm, the USON Police Department responded directly to Walmart, 7011 Main Street, to the report of a suspicious man in following the mother and her child. The mother told the police that an unknown man was following her from Dunkin ‘to Panda Express to Walmart.

Inside Wal -Mart, the man threw the elements in her vehicle and another agent, according to the woman. This is when I warned Walmart staff, who called the 911 for help.

Then the man took a bottle of chemicals harsh cleaning from the store rack and sprayed a small dog belonging to another woman, said ACPD. The dog was sprayed directly on the face and through the body.

The police said: “The dog shouted from pain and showed signs of distress from chemical exposure.”

The suspect was detained abroad by the arrival of the officers. After giving a false name at the beginning, the American Canyon PD said it was identified as the 37 -year -old Cortis Jonathan Anderson. He was booked in Napa Province prison due to cruelty to an animal.

The authorities stated that the dog was in a state of decline from Wednesday.
