Boya Park, who was arrested regarding the death associated with a 8 -year -old fireworks on the fourth of July, was identified.
The police officers at the Boina Park Police Department responded to the 8000 Cornevner Circle at approximately 9:45 pm and saw the terrified family members carrying the victim, which was later identified as Yasmine Najoen, to the house.
The officers immediately began giving measures to save life to the young girl who was suffering from what was described as “critical injuries consistent with a fireworks -related explosion”, before they were rushed to the University of California, Irvin Hospital, where they were later perceived.
The authorities noted that BPD officers were already in the neighborhood after “seeing a large amount of fireworks exploding in the area.”
Buena Park allows a safe and sane firearm fireworks, although all the fireworks are illegal in both the city and the state of California, as stated by BPD Jon-Michael Shaddow.
According to a preliminary investigation, one of the neighbors, who was now identified as Earl Decastero, started a “big offer for illegal fireworks” in the street that made a mistake or somehow failed, and sent fireworks to the top of the house corridor where it was Yasmine.
It appears that unlimited fireworks, according to Lieutenant Shaddou, were exploding additional fireworks near the little girl who is likely to be illegal, as the 8 -year -old fell in the midst of all explosions.
He said, “It is a shock.” “I can only imagine what the family is going through. I can only imagine what the officers are going through, especially the person who controlled the scene and I had to conduct measures to save life.”
While the exact cause of Yasmine’s death has not been released by the pathologist yet, Shaddo said that her injuries appear primarily due to the shocking effect amid multiple explosions.
Decassro was arrested on suspicion of unintention killing and was later released on bail of $ 25,000. He has not yet been charged by the Orange County Lawyer Office, which is awaiting the case by the police station.
