Mail theft suspects 'delivered' to Orange County jail thanks to license plate reader

The police are attributed to the use of technology to arrest a pair of suspected mail thieves in Orange County.

“Recently, one of our licensing boards readers concluded a suspect in the potential mail stealing our beautiful city,” Irvin Police Department Posted on Facebook Monday night.

The reader alerted the officers to a vehicle parked near the bank of the mailbox at the northern end of the city. “Where else will you deny a speech?” The police mentioned this position.

The next officers found that one of the people inside the car was under observation and conducted a search.

The police said: “Inside the car, the officers found a large bag of garbage filled with mail switches and mailbox.”

Two suspects, who were identified as Tizitian Quang Lu, were arrested from Annim, and Terry Thi Felberradate, 54, on suspicion of stealing a felony identity, and possessing robbery and conspiracy tools.

Police said that both “were mobilized and handed over” to Orange County Prison.
