The authorities said that the coordinated response by the Camarelo police resulted in the arrest of two men on Thursday after the reported mail was stolen at the US Post Services Office in the 2100 Back of Piccoy Drive.
Camarlo Patrol Representatives responded at about 1:10 pm on September 18 after the learning mail was stolen from the facility. The officers soon monitored a suspicious vehicle nearby. Vinterora Sharif Provincial Office said that with the preparation of deputies to conduct traffic stops, the suspects were observed ignoring the stolen mail from the car.
The car was stopped, and the suspects, who were identified as Angel Garcia and Julian Mangilla Sotelo, were held. The officers have regained many mail parts inside and around the car, and they are believed to be tired of mailboxes in Camarilo, Carbinteria, Oxenard, and Fintora.
Investigators from the Camarello Bureau have identified at least 16 victims so far and have returned many recovered elements. The officials said that the investigation was continuing to determine whether the additional population was affected.
Garcia and Mancilla at the head prison for Ventura Province were seized on multiple charges, including mail theft, identity theft and fraud that includes 10 or more victims, conspiracy and destruction of evidence.
The Ventara Sharif Provincial Office attributed the detention to general advice and urged anyone who may have been affected by the investigators of (805) 654-9511.
