Loveland City Council passes motion asking member to resign after viral altercation video

Lovland, Colorado (KDVR) – A video clip of the council member is in an oral quarrel with a citizen of social media tours and arouses controversy in the city of Lovland.

The video shows the city council member, Erine Black, who is involved in an oral quarrel with a local citizen in the park of Webster, the veterans. The video, taken by the Dillion Kaiser Black, appears, appears to the garden with at least eight people and immediately begins to raise her voice. Kaiser says he is explicit on his online beliefs and says he suffers from problems with lions in the past.

Facebook comments show that Black asked Kaiser to meet personally, and Kaiser suggests the garden to discuss their differences.

“It was Erine Black who asked me to come to the garden and talk to her. I looked at this as an opportunity to sit with a face -to -face advisor to ask her questions,” Kaiser said.

Hot comments were exchanged online before moving face to face to the garden. The conversation was drawn on party lines.

“This is the city of Loving. This is not Maga *******,” Black told Caiser in the video.

“I felt vibrant it is difficult to deal with, in general only, then when you are surrounded,” Kaiser said, talking to Fox31 before meeting on Tuesday night.

Black claimed, while commenting in the council, that Kaiser was targeting women and women’s disturbance over the Internet.

Black said: “Some people may find my actions as offensive. I find that targeting, harassment and chasing women are offensive. I hope that the city will follow many complaints against Delion Kaiser.”

Council member Andrea Samson submitted a request to a Black Council member to attend all meetings until the investigation is completed if she decides not to step down.

Several members of the council dealt with the accident and voted on a proposal that dealt with its actions with an amendment asking them to resign. This modified movement has gone through a 7-1 vote.

“This behavior is unacceptable to any elected official. As members of the Council, we are expected to submit integrity, discipline and respect. What happened is the failure of the leadership,” said Council member Patrick McFal.

Black is not new in the opposition. Just last year, the Levlands police chief filed a complaint against it.

Kaiser said he hopes to be able to change the tone of some of his online comments and use less clear, but he feels no matter that there are repercussions on their actions.

“I knew that there would be some resistance there, and I was really hoping that we could overcome this resistance and make a civil conversation, but from the beginning, he did not go well,” he said.

We contacted the Black Council member to comment, but we haven’t heard yet.
