Long Beach and the Los Angeles County Lawyer Office said that these crimes may not be isolated events, and they urge any victims to progress.

The Hoshman office said that Vigil acknowledged that he was not guilty of his concern and being held on bail of $ 250,000.

He is entitled to court again on August 4.
