The authorities said that a man from Long Beach was arrested on suspicion of killing and tried to kill after he stabbed two of his colleagues in the room on Saturday morning – one of them was killed and seriously injured.
Officials said in a press statement that the officers who responded to Long Beach police at about 10:38 am to the 1300 bloc from Temple Street to “Fire Assistance”.
When the officers arrived, they found two men with stabbing wounds to the upper body. He announced the death of a man at the scene, while the other was taken to a nearby hospital in a stable condition.
Investigators said that the suspect, who remained at the scene, was safely seized without another accident.
According to the killings, the suspect and both victims were colleagues in the room. Investigators believe that the suspect attacked one of the men before running the other, although the motive behind the stabs is still under investigation.
The suspect was identified as Alejandro Estra of 34 -year -old Long Beach. He was booked on suspicion of killing and attempted murder, and his guarantee was set at $ 2 million.
The name of the man who was killed is awaiting the notification of his closeness by the Los Angeles Provincial Ministry of the Medical examiner.
