Denver (KDVR) – State Governor Jared Police declared a disaster emergency on Thursday, as forest fires continue to burn more than 193,000 acres along the western slope.
Police signed an executive order on Thursday, as he sent more funding and support in emergency situations, saying that at least nine land fires were burning throughout the state, with 24 unparalleled fires, one of them is one of the largest forest fires in Colorado’s history.

Lee Fire in Rio Blanco, southwest Meeker, is one of the largest forest fires in the history of Colorado burning 133,602 acres and containing 10 %, as of Thursday night.
Iln burned a fire southeast microscope 749 acres with 83 % containing.
Meanwhile, the Kruchu fire in Rio Blanco’s province was burned near Root Tos Province, 2200 acres, starting on Thursday night.
Police has previously declared a state of disaster for me fires for me, Alak and Croshu earlier this week, and the National Guard of Colorado was allowed to help. On Friday, these fires continue to combat throughout the state.
