Austin (KXAN) – With the shift of the seasons earlier this week, many may wonder, when we can expect that Feel and Look Like falling in the center of Texas?
Although the weather will start giving us more falling feeling in the morning this week (the 1960s), we are likely to wait some time before it begins to appear like. Climate science tells us that typical peak foliage usually occurs early to mid -November.

What causes the papers to be changed?
Chlorophyll, green pigment in the leaves, absorbs sunlight and creates food (sugars) for trees through the optical acting process. Lashing days, as a matter of courtesy, the land that tends away from the sun, and cold temperatures cause chlorophyll. This allows yellow and orange dyes, which were always inside the leaves but are usually soaked by chlorophyll, to detect them. Sugars surrounded in the leaves produce a new red dye, officially known as anthocyanins. Tangers, brown dye, are the waste of the residue of trees metabolism.

The ideal conditions for autumn leaves
The best weather for vibrant fall colors is sunny, dry and cold weather. This is why parts of the northeast and high altitudes of the West are known as hot points for “paper sheet”.
