Patriots Injury Report Update 2 Days Before Super Bowl 60

The official report showed that quarterback Drake Maye fully participated in practice.

Maye was injured in the third quarter of the AFC Championship Game when he landed hard on his right shoulder during a tackle. He remained in the game and continued playing. Because of the injury, he was limited last week and missed the Patriots’ final practice at Gillette Stadium. On Monday, Maye said he was not concerned.

Last week, Maye was listed as limited on both injury reports, but he did join the team workout on Monday. The Patriots held their first practice in San Francisco that day, but no injury report was released.

Linebackers Robert Spillane and Harold Landry III are both listed as questionable after being limited in practice late in the week. Spillane has an ankle injury, and Landry continues to manage a knee issue that has affected him since the regular season.

Spillane left the AFC Championship Game in the first quarter and did not return. He missed Super Bowl practices last week but later participated in a limited role. When healthy, he has been the Patriots’ defensive signal caller and has worn the green dot on the back of his helmet. He was their leading tackler in the regular season.

Landry missed the AFC Championship Game after playing fewer snaps earlier in the playoffs. In his absence, the Patriots rotated their edge players, using Anfernee Jennings and Elijah Ponder to fill the void left by both linebackers.

Defensive tackle Joshua Farmer is also questionable with a hamstring injury. He can still be activated from injured reserve before Saturday’s deadline, but the team would need to make a roster move to do so, which is considered unlikely.

Offensive tackles Morgan Moses and Thayer Munford Jr. do not have any game status designations and are expected to be fully available Sunday.

Seattle’s Injury Situation

Seattle’s injury report lists only fullback Robbie Ouzts as questionable with a neck injury. Rookie safety Nick Emmanwori, who appeared briefly on the injury report earlier in the week, does not have a designation and is expected to play.

Both teams will announce their inactives approximately 90 minutes before kickoff Sunday night.

The Patriots are making their 12th Super Bowl appearance, aiming to win a seventh title and surpass the Pittsburgh Steelers for the most championships in NFL history. This marks their first Super Bowl appearance since Super Bowl 53.
