Washington, DC (KGO) – A warning was released on the famous Labubu dolls where fake versions are a major threat to children that can be fatal.
The US Consumer Product Safety Committee said on Monday that the fake versions, which are sometimes referred to as “LAFUFU” are small enough for children to put them in their mouth and prevent the airway.

CPSC said it has received reports on fake Labubu dolls that easily explode, which led to the launch of small pieces that could become the risk of suffocation.
CPSC investigators said they have identified multiple shipments from Lookalkees trying to enter the United States from China.
