Kelli Ferrell’s Ex-Husband Mark Threatens to Sue Bravo, Says They Exploited His Daughters and Aired Lies to Ruin Him!

Kelli Ferrell’s ex-husband Chuvalo Mark Ferrell is threatening to sue Bravo, accusing the network of exploiting their daughters by airing them without his permission and destroying his name for entertainment.

At a courthouse press conference, Mark Ferrell accused Kelli of lying in court, stealing his business, and working with Bravo to destroy his reputation. “The truth is, Kelli doesn’t want resolution. She wants to keep me down,” he declared. “Because without that storyline, she loses her platform.” Mark then turned his fury toward Bravo. “And Bravo, your hands are not clean,” he revealed.

“You gave airtime to lies that you knew could not be sustained. You put my daughter on national TV without my permission. You built a storyline to destroy my name for entertainment. This is defamation. It will not stand.”

According to Mark, the lies cost him more than just his reputation. He claims he safeguarded business funds when he noticed Kelli’s “reckless personal spending,” returned $320,000 to their joint account, and still landed in jail.

“Every penny was back by December 2022 — yet in January 2024, I spent over 40 days in jail while my ex-wife and her attorney told the court it had never been repaid,” he said. “This is false imprisonment. This is fraud.” Mark also accused Kelli and her team of pocketing money that was legally his.

“Her attorney withheld over $74,000 from the sale of our home,” he alleged, adding that he was left with debt from loans used to fund the very business she now runs. “Nana’s Chicken-N-Waffles was my business, started with my money,” he fumed.

The ex-husband insists the entire case is tainted by corruption. “The 2022 hearing that changed my life should have never happened. I was never properly served, and without service, there is no jurisdiction,” Mark said, calling the ruling an “abuse of power.” He even accused the court clerk of celebrating Kelli online while he lost everything.

And he didn’t mince words about the bigger picture: “I watched my name dragged through the mud, my business stolen, my home taken, my children withheld, and my dignity attacked. The truth is simple: what happened to me was not justice. It was abuse of power.”

Mark says this fight is far from personal — it’s political. “This is not just one man’s fight,” he told supporters. “It’s a case that raises national questions about judicial accountability, abuse of power, racial bias in family courts, and the influence of entertainment media on legal proceedings.”

Now, Mark is preparing to sue for defamation, malicious prosecution, and civil rights violations — and if he gets his way, Bravo and RHOA could be dragged into the courtroom right along with Kelli

Kelli Ferrell’s divorce from ex-husband Chuvalo Mark Ferrell was anything but clean — it was downright explosive. The pair, who married in 2011 and share three children, finalized their split in 2025 with Kelli walking away with primary custody, while Mark was ordered to cough up nearly $4,000 a month in child support and cover the kids’ health insurance.

Court docs revealed the couple’s Nana’s Chicken & Waffles empire came with heavy baggage — business loans, tax liabilities, and allegations of money gone missing. Kelli was awarded $175,000 and luxury items including a navy Escalade, Rolex, and diamond jewelry, while Mark got $90,000 — but was accused of “disposing” of almost $790,000 in marital assets.

The drama didn’t stop there. Just weeks later, Chuvalo was arrested for failing to pay nearly $15K in overdue child support, and Kelli accused him of cheating and draining $500,000 from their company’s bank account.

She claimed she left their marital home out of fear for her safety after a “physical” altercation, adding that behind closed doors her life was hell. In her RHOA confessional, Kelli dropped the bomb: “Honestly, I probably should have an Oscar for as much as I made my marriage or my family look like it was all together. From me sleeping in my closet some nights, police being called numerous times — it became the house of hell.”
