Kelli Ferrell Hit With Protective Order After Neighbor Says She Stormed Into Her Patio & Made Erratic Threats!
The streets of Atlanta are hot — and not just from the Georgia sun.
Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kelli Ferrell has been slapped with a temporary protective order after her neighbor, Monualda Cash, accused her of barging into her private patio “in a violent manner.”
According to docs filed on September 2, Monualda Cash claims Kelli “aggressively entered my private patio, through my private gate in a violent manner,” and said the reality star wasn’t alone — “she was accompanied by others.” Cash added the blow-up came after Kelli’s car was booted “for again violating guidelines by parking in a narrow driveway which is also a designated fire lane.”
The neighbor’s petition painted a chaotic scene, alleging Kelli had to be “physically restrained and removed” while making “a series of erratic verbal threats,” some clear and others “unintelligible.” Monualda insists there’s video footage backing her story and is begging the court to keep Kelli away from her family — and to order psychiatric help.
The judge didn’t go that far but did issue a restraining order keeping Kelli 30 yards away from Monualda, a tough ask since the two live right next to each other. A hearing is set for September 22 to decide if the order becomes permanent.
Kelli’s team is firing back, blaming her neighbor for stirring the pot since her Bravo debut. In a statement, her rep spoke to Us Weekly, “Since the announcement of Kelli’s involvement with The Real Housewives of Atlanta, Mrs. Cash has engaged in a concerning pattern of behavior directed at Kelli and her family… We strongly urge that Kelli’s privacy — and that of her family — be respected, and we caution against the spread of misinformation.”
But this isn’t Kelli’s only battle.
She’s also knee-deep in a war with her ex-husband, Chuvalo Mark Ferrell, who filed for bankruptcy earlier this year. Kelli accused him of hiding income and leaving her saddled with debt tied to their restaurant, Nana’s Chicken-N-Waffles.
Chuvalo, however, is firing back — claiming Kelli actually stole the idea for the business and pocketed money from the company before their divorce was finalized. He also insists he was wrongfully jailed for more than a month over a debt he says was already paid.
Now, Chuvalo is setting his sights on Bravo TV, accusing the network of airing “lies” and defaming him for drama, while also blasting a federal judge for allegedly stripping him of both his business and his home during the split.
The RHOA cameras are rolling as we speak — and they’re catching every messy moment.
