Recent deposition transcripts reveal that Justin Baldoni told Blake Lively he was circumcised during a 2022 meeting, a disclosure that has added yet another layer of weirdness to their highly publicized feud.
According to court documents filed on Thursday (December 4, 2025), the Jane the Virgin star admitted to sharing this personal detail while visiting Lively’s New York City apartment. At the time, Lively was pregnant with her son, Olin. The topic reportedly came up while the two were discussing the film adaptation of Colleen Hoover’s best-selling novel. When grilled by Lively’s attorney, Michael J. Gottlieb, about whether he shared this information, Baldoni replied simply, “Yes.”

Lively’s legal team pressed Baldoni on whether the actress had actually solicited this information. “Did Ms. Lively ask you whether you were circumcised?” Gottlieb asked during the deposition.
