Denver (KDVR)-A jury found a 37-year-old man guilty of 19 charges and acquitted him from one after the trial of an 8-day jury that started last month.
The 37-year-old Carlos YTUARTE-Quinones was among the 10 people arrested and 16 people were charged in Bulder Province in May 2023 after an investigation into the drug distribution.

YTuarte-Quinones has been acquitted of a first-class kidnapping attempt.
“These guilty rulings are the culmination of a tremendous effort by law enforcement and the DA office to drop a wide range of drug distribution,” provincial lawyer, Michael Dujeriti, told an email to the media. “By using eavesdropping on the approved calls from the court, our team developed a convincing investigation and trial. They also thwarted kidnapping and theft.”
YTuArte-Quinones is scheduled to be sentenced to the case on July 11.
