The jury resumed its deliberations on Friday in the retrial of Harvey Winstein in New York City.
New York — On Friday, a jury in Manhattan resumed its trades in the retrial of sex crimes in Harvey Winstein after ending its first day without reaching a ruling in the event of wrapping #TOOO.
The committee, which delivered the case on Thursday morning, requested to hear some of the certificates from two accused Winztein, as well as to see medical records from one of these women.
The jury consisting of seven women and five men is studying two charges of the Criminal Sex Law and the charge of rape against the 73 -year -old Oscar cinema producer, as the Criminal Sex Law is accused of higher -class crimes. Winstein acknowledged that he was not guilty.
The allegations of sexual misconduct against Winstein pushed #Metoo in 2017.
Ultimately was convicted of sexual crimes in New York and California, but the New York condemnation was overturned last year, which led to the re -trial before a new jury and a different judge.
The jury heard more than five weeks of certificate, including the long certificate of three accused.
