ASAN (KXAN)-The Longhorns is a mixed bag on Saturday in a 14-7 loss against Ohio in the opening match of the season at Ohio Stadium. The crime was lacking in consistency and rhythm of the first three quarters, but the defense played well only in a few major moments.
Noah Gross and Billy Gates discussed the first loss to open the season for the Longhorns team since 2018, and began with the rising and equal playwright, midfielder in the Manning Arch seeker. He finished 17 against 30 with 170 yards with drop and objection, adding 38 yards peak, and sometimes showed the brilliance that everyone expected to see. However, his third start was in the field of profession, and Bucceyes has elite defense with perhaps the best defense in the country, Junior Calip Downs.
Manning made a mistake in several drawings when he seemed to have time to serve the ball, but he also made some tremendous completion of the game’s restoration in the game. A 32 -yard recorded pass to Parker Levingstone in the fourth quarter and a 30 yard strike for Jack Andrez at the fourth are major examples of what he can.
Meanwhile, Gorterbbeck will take into account some time to develop consistency and rhythm, even if his last name was Maning.
The Longhorns coach Steve Sarkissian realizes that this is just one game in a season that may be possible to be 16 games, so while he is painful to lose, he remains in the tournament and keeps it around the process.
“I sat at SEC Media Days and said that the days of a defeated national hero have ended, especially when you play in games like this,” he said. “We have a chance next month to clean some things and get ourselves in the framework of a great mind to prepare to play SEC.”
Gross and Gates give their ideas about the game and how it was played in the video above.
