Denver (KDVR) – Consumers are warned by officials of potential chocolate bars with silosipine mushrooms at home located in the gas stations in the Denver area and VAPE stores.
Since the city discovered this, notifications were sent to all VAPE stores in Denver, allowing them to know that they may face repercussions if they sell these products.
“If you run a store in Denver and get a speech he says, we guarantee that this does not contain any kind of Broja from silosipine, which is the product of magic mushrooms in it, well, this may not be true as well,” said Erik Escudero, Director of Communications in the Consumption and Licensing Department in Denver Province.
A warning was sent to stores, VAPE stores and gas stations through the metro area, saying: “These products may not be classified with their actual components and pose a threat to public health.”
Chocolate Bars called “West Coast Gold Caps Caps Mushroom Bars” made it on the shelves of stores across the metro. Although the chemical can be found in selected clinics for use, it is not legal to sell it in entertainment.
“This is illegal for those companies to sell them. In fact, it is illegal throughout Colorado to sell anything with Psilocybin in it.”
A letter was sent to a store that was supposed to sell the full chocolate, claiming that its products do not have cellosipine.
“Well, after the city conducted the test, we found that the message was wrong and there were many active ingredients for illegripine and every chocolate tape, which is very unsafe,” said Escudero.
Informed and illegal, a message showing the city to stores throughout the metro area.
The city has communicated with all the tobacco stores in the field of division licensed in Denver, saying that if they are arrested to sell these products or similar, it will face consequences, which include nullifying the possible license.
“The products have been destroyed,” Escudaro said.
