The enforcement of migration and customs has grown inside a medical clinic earlier this week, as employees tried to attend to defend an underestimated man looking for shelter inside the facility.
The July 8 incident was revealed inside the Ontario Surgery Center, advanced after Dennis Gillin Solis, 30 and two other landscapes, who were working outside the building, by federal immigration officers in masks and bullet -resistant jackets.
Javier Hernandez, who works with the internal coalition for the justice of the immigrants, said that the agents have never known themselves.
“They just started running after him,” he explained. “[Solis] Then they ran inside the clinic where they were working to search for shelter. “
In a video clip of the tense confrontation, employees can be heard in scrubs and seeing the agents to leave, and that they were encroaching on private property without a judicial order and that they needed to get their hands out of the 30 -year -old.
There were two factors, one on both sides of the entrance to the clinic, both of which were covered by their faces, trying to hold Solis clinging to the entrance frame, and trying to stick to it, while crying.
Hernandez Carlos Sosoto told KTLA that the clinic employees were asking agents to present identity, badge or judicial order, but they never did so.
This is not the first time that federal immigration agents have been seen refusing to get to know themselves or use aggressive tactics physically since the implementation of the Los Angeles Province began in early June.
On June 29, many agents were seen struggling with a man in Santa Anna in the middle of the street while a federal officer overwhelmed him over and over again with a stick. This accident occurred less than two miles from the place where the father of three of the actual naval infantry was held several times before being detained. In this case, officials of the Ministry of Internal Security claimed that the man attacked the officers in the weeds prize.
In a statement by KTLA on Tuesday’s incident at the Surgery Center, Minister of National Security Minister Trechia McLulin said:
“ICE employees had a targeted enforcement operation to arrest two illegal foreigners. Employees of anti -countries full of boredom were clearly bored to illegal strange targets while they were leaving a vehicle. One of them is illegal foreigners, Dennis Gillen Solis, who is made from the widespread situation, sorted an officer in the ministers. An illegal foreigner in the facility.
It is not clear whether any of the employees at the advanced Ontario Surgery Center will face federal accusations.
Hernandez told Ktla that the clinic staff closed the door before two other factors, and when the agents realized that the door had been closed, they tried to break the door.
“This is really scary,” Hernandez said. “We are witnessing a transgression by the federal government. Every day we see them trying to new tactics, and if we do not review, we do not fight, what we see is the end of our democracy.”
As for Solis, his family organized a Gofundment To help the cost of legal fees, it is being held in the city center at the Federal Detention Center.
