I-70 near Floyd Hill to see traffic delays, overnight closures

Denver (KDVR)-The 70th Highway near Floyd Hill will increase traffic and closing overnight due to the I-70 Floyd Hill project, according to Social media is published by Gilbene Province.

Starting June 16, travelers can expect significant traffic delays on I-70 near Idaho Springs.

It is expected that the scaling of rocks in the area will delay traffic during the day to 45 minutes. Operations will be held for eight days, from Monday to Thursday, for two weeks. Work will start at 9 am and end at 3 pm, although the delay can extend until 4 pm

There will be several traffic per day for about 60 to 75 minutes on I-70 between the souvenirs and the Homestead Road.

The project will also include two full closure

During the closures, there will be a new hiel-for-wita installation new electronic signs and the I-70 traffic turned to the mediator from the Mile Point 245 to the US exchange 6.

The specified schedule can be changed due to stormy weather. Gilbene Province said to plan for the future and lead safely in the work area.
