Washington – Finally, free from families, Keith Siegel is only free.
The previous hostage that Hamas launched 484 days after captivity is still being tormented by the ongoing war.
“I cannot recover, I cannot return to a normal life until all 59 hostages are launched,” Siegel told WABC WABC.
Hamas was handed over from Gaunt and Pale, a 65 -year -old North Carolina citizen by Hamas after about 500 days in captivity and finally I did not sing with his family.
This included his wife, Aviva, who was also reserved for more than a month before she was launched in a previous deal.
I cannot recover, I cannot return to a normal life until all 59 hostages are launched.
On October 7, 2023, they were at home in the small southern Israeli community in KFAR AZA when Hamas terrorists slaughtered dozens of their neighbors and withdrew 19 of them on the border to Gaza.
This is where it will suffer for about a year and a half.
“I want to emphasize the terrible circumstances in which I was held and the hostages are being held,” he said. “In the tunnels 130 feet underground, it is barely able to breathe, pant for my breath, to breathe.
Siegel said he was violent during his capture.
He said: “I was kicked by the terrorists, and I was spit by the terrorists, and they cursed, only of the blue color without anything that I did. “I made my best to be good for them, and then in the hope they would be good for me.”
Siegel admitted that his life was based on their mood and did not try to anger.
“The terrorists had many different types of weapons, RPGs, and they were like there at hand,” said Sigil. “The terrorists were playing with them, picking them up, directing them to me, and saying,“ I will kill you now. ”It was very frightening to be in the situation in which they decided when they wanted to give me food and water, and when they would allow me to go to the toilet, and feel as if they decided that they wanted to kill me, this is a very possible possibility.
Now he sees his own face – from a happier time – a sea of posters depicting other hostages, including many who have not achieved it.

I want to emphasize the terrible conditions in which I was held and the hostages are being held.
The release of Sijal came amid a wave of progress when President Donald Trump took office in January. The weak truce led to the launch of 33 live hostages. But in the end it will stop when Israel and enthusiasm each other were accused of violating the ceasefire.
The war was resumed with 59 hostages still stuck in Gaza.
Instead of recovery, he found his voice. It was back and forth to Washington twice in one month to pressure Congress and the Trump administration – anyone who will listen – to fill the parties to the table.
He does not go anywhere without a picture of his hostage colleagues, Matan Ingrest, and his neighbors, the twin brothers Gali and Zif Berman, three out of 59 people who are still trapped in the tunnels – somewhere in Gaza.
“I urge President Trump to continue his efforts to reach an agreement that would restore the 59 hostages.” Sigil said. “There are still 59 hostages by Hamas in Gaza, 24 years old and they are in a life -threatening situation, it is necessary to restore it.”
Among the remaining hostages, five Americans, but Alexander from Tennafli, who is 20 years old, is still alive.
October 7, 2023 was 558 days ago.
