Denver (KDVR)-There is a house of a century-old Chesman Park that can be linked to many prominent people throughout history in the market.
Sotheby’s International Realty I am included in the name Edward F. Wales House On North Franklin Street in the Park Chesman neighborhood in Denver. While the house is now on the market, it has a date dating back to approximately 150 years.
The historic Victorian Queen’s house was built in 1886 with the past floors. The list said it was once home to Edward and Hati Wales, who started the Wales Investment Company in Denver. Hatti was later discovered as the first cousin of President Woodro Wilson.
The Wales family lived there for 54 years, as ownership eventually moved to their daughter Helen. After Helen’s death in 1952, the list said that the house was sold to Julius C. Hughes, researcher at the Ministry of Transport at Colorado, who owned the house until 1993.
After passing through many owners over about 150 years, the house is sold again.
The list said that the architect John J. Hydart, also known for the design of many foodstuffs in Denver such as Hydart Terras, the 15th Fire Station, Crewell Mansion and Edison Elementary School, designed the house.
The 4997 square feet house comes with seven bedrooms, four full bathrooms and one partial bathroom. The interior of the house maintains a wall covering, authentic roof from Bradford, Bradford and three original heaters.
The house is listed for $ 1.9 million.
