Raducanu vs Osorio Head-to-Head

Raducanu vs Osorio Prediction
Raducanu posted a 28-22 win-loss record last season, including a 17-15 mark on hard courts. Her best results on the surface included a semifinal run at the Citi DC Open in Washington and a quarterfinal finish at the Miami Open. She also made promising starts at both the Australian Open and the US Open but exited in the third round at both events.
Osorio finished the 2025 season with an even 22-22 record, winning 13 of her 28 matches on hard courts. Her best hard-court result last season was a quarterfinal appearance in Singapore, where she lost 4-6, 2-6 to Elise Mertens.
This marks Raducanu’s first appearance at the Hobart International, while it is Osorio’s third consecutive year at the tournament. She qualified for the main draw in 2024 but lost to Anna Schmiedlova in the first round. Last year, she defeated Yue Yuan in the opening round before falling to Veronika Kudermetova in the next match.

Raducanu’s lone and most significant WTA success has come on hard courts, highlighted by her title-winning run as a qualifier at the 2021 US Open. By contrast, all three of Osorio’s career titles have come on clay at the Copa Colsanitas, her home event in Bogota. She has reached two hard-court finals in her career, advancing to the championship matches at the 2021 Tenerife Ladies Open and the 2022 Monterrey Open, where she lost to Ann Li and Leylah Fernandez, respectively.
Raducanu enters the match as the clear favorite, given her higher ranking and stronger résumé on hard courts compared to Osorio.
Pick: Raducanu to win in straight sets
