(KON) – San Rafael Police Department said he was arrested for at least at least three separate incidents. A former member of the Sancs Schools (CRON) – Crohn – a former education council was arrested in Saint -Raphael on charges of sexual assault on the student on at least three separate incidents.
SRPD said ISAI Nicodemo Rodas, 22, was detained from San Rafael, and he was booked in Marin County Prison for several charges, including sexual assault with a minor with a 3 -year -old, harassment of children, and battery.
San Rafael PD said it was alerted from the meetings on Friday by officials at the Marine County Office. Investigators believe that the inappropriate communication began in late 2023 while Rhodas was working as a Paravosator leader, a similar role to the teacher’s assistant, at Marin Community School in San Rafael.
The police said: “The inappropriate communication escalated to at least three separate incidents of the sexual assault that occurred outside the site from the school campus,” the police said. Rhodas was twenty years old at the time while the victim was 16 years old. Rodas McOE left in June 2024.
Police said that help and resources services were provided to the victim, whose identity will remain secret.
Sergeant Justin Graham of the San Rafael Police Department said: “While Rhodas has never worked in Sancs schools, he is currently a member of the SRCS education council, after joining in December 2024,” said Sergeant Justin Graham of the San Rafael Police Department. “At the present time, we do not have any knowledge of any misconduct that includes SRCS students. The SRCS administration and the Board of Directors will suspend the duties of the Council of Mr. Rodas in the foreseeable future, pending the results of this issue.”
