Davis and Anthony Malagon, 27, were seen both known as Ventura County representatives, leaving the restaurant.

Perkins is approaching the wife’s table to check the woman shortly after.

“I was doing my regular tours and noticed a woman sitting on the table,” Perkins said. “She cries feverish, and it seemed not comfortable, very fragile. I ask her if she is fine and did not tell me anything.”

Perkins said that the wife’s friends assured him that everything is fine. So he leaves and continues to prepare to close all night. Ultimately, the wife and her friends come out of the bar from the front door.

And that is when Perkins suddenly heard screaming and bang outside the restaurant. He soon goes out when he sees Davis attacking his wife near the sidewalk seat.

“He pushed her down,” he said.

Perkins oscillated again to Davis when it was reported that the other deputy, Malagon, was treating him on the ground.

He said: “So he starts kicking me as they wear my head.”

Two father said he believed that they would kill him that night.

“For the time being, I thought, I will not see my children again,” Perkins said.

According to the Star of Vintera, One of the beneficiaries eventually withdrew a deputy, and Perkins managed to seize a person’s phone to call 911. The Perkins phone was destroyed during the violent fight.

According to the Ventura Sharif County Office, both deputies were arrested in many felonies, including the battery, causing a serious injury and the use of force is likely to cause a heavy injury. Davis was also arrested for injury to the husband.

Both deputies were placed on an administrative leave, where the attack remained under investigation.

In April, Perkins’ lawyer made a claim with Ventura County, seeking $ 1.06 million in damage – $ 10,000 for medical bills, $ 50,000 for profit loss, $ 500,000 in general damage and $ 500,000 as punitive damage.

“They were involved in the behavior that can be easily described as quiet,” said Perkins’s lawyer, Maximiliano Galendo. “Malagon’s deputy has a long family history in the Vinterora County Office, so you expect to know better about how to behave himself.”

According to the Sharif office, the sister of Malagon, the father and uncle are all employed by the administration.

The Vintora Sharif Provincial Office issued a statement of the incident, saying:

“The main crime office in Sharif deals with the criminal investigation, and we are fully committed to revealing all relevant facts and completing a comprehensive investigation. In addition, the internal affairs office in Sharif will conduct its parallel investigation to determine the extent of any administrative policy or procedural violations.

Both investigations are necessary to ensure accountability at each level. I want to assure the audience and our community that Sharif’s office takes this very seriously. We carry our deputies on the highest behavior standards; Any violation of these standards will be tackled appropriately, without hesitation … because this is what our society and our agencies expect. “

VC star Perkins’ Lawyers told Ventura to seem interested in settling the claim. A mediation session with provincial officials is scheduled to be held in June.
