Father of 5 kicked, arrested at gunpoint by federal agent outside L.A. home

The 56 -year -old father lived in the United States for 30 years and had no criminal record and arrested him by federal agents outside his home in Wilmengton during the weekend.

The accident is revealed on September 12, when Jose Campolo returned home after being dropped in his school, and his family was told KTLA.

A federal agent wearing a tactical jacket and armed with what appeared to be a gun similar to the attack that jumps from a car exactly as Camulo stopped his truck and walked to the gate outside his home.

Home surveillance cameras captured this moment, as Kamoulo tried to speak to the agent who was screaming at him, and supposed to tell him to reach the ground. When his wife, who was calling for a feverish assistance behind the walled property, opened the Campolo Gate, the agent handed over a 56 -year -old center, which led to a few steps.

Another agent from behind Campolo appears, and he was finally taken from the front of the house where he was later restricted and accompanied.

Furious, one of Campollo’s sons, photographed the ordeal from the sidewalk on his mobile phone, another federal agent working to keep him, as he was relentlessly screaming for something that he did not seem to have not attended by law enforcement officials.

“I have seen my hands handcuffed with my brother next to him,” said Patrise Campolo, the daughter of the 56 -year -old adults, told KTLA. “Then I saw when they took it, and I started crying in the car. I didn’t know what to do.”

She worries about the collapse of her family. Just two months ago, her brother, the last of the children of Campolo, was arrested, and deported.

Originally from Guatemala, the 56 -year -old, who was described by family members as working hard, they did not officially apply for citizenship. They believe that it was an illegal detention in 1994, which was rejected, and placed on the radar of the Ministry of Internal Security.

According to Beatriz, obtaining a immigration lawyer was difficult because there are many cases that many lawyers do not take new clients.

Campolo’s arrest comes a few days after the United States Supreme Court bites that federal immigration authorities can continue their running enforcement raids in Los Angeles and seven other provinces in California. At least, at least, they are free to stop people based on their race, race and language in which they speak.

Alma Rosa Nyito, the immigration lawyer who spoke with Rachel Minitov from KTLA, said that the battle between the city of Los Angeles and the Trump administration is now in the hands of the judge of the federal boycott court until the verdict, indicating that people carry any documents with them at all times.

“Anything related to the arrest that has been resolved, cleared, rejected, evacuated, or even condemnation, if it is a simple crime, they must have documents.” “Unfortunately, sometimes the records that indicate these arrests are not updated.”

As for Campollo, it is currently being held at a detention center in the province of San Bernardino and what is happening after that.

Beatorese hopes that the family can get her father home while the judge is waiting for his fate to decide.

She said, “I am trying to stick to and be strong because they depend on now.” “But sometimes, I feel too much.”

KTLA has arrived at DHS, enforces immigration and customs about arrest and is awaiting a response.
