(Kron) – Contra Costa Fire Protection District and Cal Fire says that the crews at the venue of the burning fast fire in Antioch erupted on an area of 209 acres. Officials are called “Sumerzville fire”.
The fire broke out at 7:28 pm on Wednesday on the Somersville Road.
A warning to the evacuation was raised in Antioch before 10 pm on Wednesday.
“The firefighters are working strongly to contain the fire,” officials said. “The fire burns in the annual grass and brush, allowing firefighters to work quickly to extinguish the fire. Stay out of the area to allow the resources responsive to reach through the firefighting methods.”
A air quality consultant has been released where the smoke of the fire is expected to affect the Costa Costa province, according to the air quality management area in the Gulf region.
“The smoke and foggy sky may be visible, the smell of smoke is possible, and the air quality may become unhealthy starting from Wednesday evening,” said Bay by Bay Bay.

The cause of the fire was actively under investigation. It was not reported. One person was transferred to a hospital nearly for minor injuries.

In a social media post, the Antioch Police Administration said it helps in the fire in the Black Diamond Mines area. Passengers are advised to avoid the area that begins on James Dunlon Street.
No structures were affected close to the fire.
