Los Angeles – Espys 2025, which was held at the Dolby Theater in Hollywood on Wednesday and hosted by comedian Shin Gillis, and got acquainted with the best players, teams and moments in sports.
The American Professional League finals won MVP ShaI Gilgeous-Elexander and the Olympic champion Simone Biles as the best male and female athlete.
Gilgeous -alexander led the Oklahoma City Thunder team to the American Professional League Championship last month as the devices accumulated as a MVP champion in the league and the recording champion.
He thanked his wife, parents, brother and others. “Maybe these names may not mean much, but for me everything means.”
Bels, a 11 -time Olympic medal, won the first night prize, and the best performance of the tournament, for her efforts in the Paris games. She won three gold and silver while the United States helped win the title of the first team since 2016.
“This was very unexpected, especially in a category of all men,” said Bells after kissing her husband, Chicago Salama Jonathan Owens.
She beat Stephen Carrey, Faridi Freeman and Rauri McLeri for a prize.
Philadelphia Eagles, who won the second Super Bowl Award in February, won the best honor for the team, overcoming nine other candidates, including The Thunder, Los Angeles Dodgers, Florida Panthers and Ohio State Football Team and the team of American national women.

Bat Telman Prize for Service
Former athletes David, Estras and Erin Reagan accepted the Bat Telman Service Award, granted to those who served in a way that honors the legacy of the former US Football Association player and US military guard.
Wallets, 37, won a gold medal in swimming in the 2008 Beijing Olympics and the World Championship Medal was seven times. He is now a firefighter in Los Angeles.
Reagan, 45, was a Wake Forest footballer who spent one season in the professionals before he retired to join the Los Angeles Provincial Fire Department.
Wallets and Rigan fought the deadly and destroyed forest fires in Pacific Palisades and Altadena in January.
