(BCN) – A woman suspected of driving under the influence of four children in the car was arrested after she collided with a central divided wall on the 24th highway near Lavaite on Sunday afternoon, according to the California Highway.
Children did not get injured in the accident, which occurred at about 3:45 pm, after he informed many of the callers of a quickly reckless driver and used the central gap to pass other vehicles.
The CP officer tried to pull the car, but the driver did not give up, and the chase ended due to the reports that there may be children in the car.
Minutes later, the car collided with the 24th center wall near the center of Lavaite. The Republican People’s Party said that the car was not followed at the time of the accident.
The CHP helicopter has taken the driver to the hospital to treat moderate injuries. The four children appeared in the car without harm, but they were taken to the hospital as a preventive measure.
The Republican People’s Party said the driver, a 32 -year -old woman from Newark, was arrested on suspicion of driving her under influence, exposing children to danger, and reckless evasion.
