((Crohn– A suspect driver was arrested after a single car accident in Novato, according to the Novato Police Department.
At approximately 3:19 am on Sunday, the Novato authorities responded to a sedan upside down near the railway crossing in Hamilton Parkway. Police said that the car passengers were able to get out of the car. Both were moderately injured and were taken to hospital for treatment.
According to Novato PD, the 31 -year -old Novato driver was a Novato man. The police decided that the driver was under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested in the hospital and was later seized in Marin County Prison once medically cleared on charges of driving felony under the effect that caused an injury.
“This is an important reminder that driving under influence can lead to severe consequences or even cause death,” the administration published on social media. “Please do not drink and lead, especially on this weekend and take into account the severity of a simple decision.”
