Don't bug out as summer brings the crawlers out

Austin – as we move to summer temperatures and temperatures, insects will begin to appear in our squares and perhaps our homes.

Meteorological world Freddy Villa spoke with Wizzie Brown, a prominent counseling program in the TEXAS A & M, about the types of errors that we will see and how weather conditions affect a number we can see.

Freddy Villa: What are some summer errors that will visit us?

Wizi Brown: Perhaps many common things that we are used to seeing other places. So we have a lot of different types of ants, bees, wasps and mosquitoes will be great. Those that should be really interested are those that can cause problems. So it will be the one that can bite or sting and cause problems for us personally.

villa: Does the shower we receive in the spring affect the amount of errors that we see during the summer?

brown: It can really depend on the insects we are talking about. In general, if we have cold wet springs, we will have less problems in the grasshopper at a later time because many eggs in the soil will die. But rain can also push the growth of the plant, which will be used by a lot of insects as food so that they can increase the population because of this. But then, we have hot and dry conditions that can be favorable to other things. Therefore, it depends only on those you deal with and which is upset.

villa: There are a lot of useful insects there, and we clearly want to protect all creatures, but how can we also protect our home and plants from taking over?

brown: This is a really great question. The main thing that you really want to do is keep insects outside where they belong and the best way to do this is to circumvent the outer part of your structure and try to know where it can come. Can you see the light around the doors or windows that you may need to be replaced? Weather abstract? Are the screens that need good repair? Do they have holes in it? Leaving your balcony light at night will draw a set of things, so perhaps extinguish those lights at night so as not to make them come directly to the door. Take a look and see where you come. Where do you provide them with water sources? Perhaps reducing any water you may have, and this should really help reduce.

villa: There are many useful mistakes that we want in nature, right?

brown: Yes, of course. This beetle. Everyone is like, well, I want the beetles in my landscape, but they do not want the competition that beetles feed on. So make sure you have a little aphids in the landscape at least if you want these beetles.
