Sacramento, California – President Donald Trump sends 300 members of the National Guard in California to Oregon after the judge prevented the administration from publishing the guardian of that state to Portland, according to California Governor Gavin New News.
On Sunday, newsom pledged to fight this step in court.
There was no official announcement from Washington that the California National Guard was called and sent to Oregon, just as was the case when the Illinarian ruler issued a similar announcement on Saturday that the forces were activated in his term.
Newsom, a democracy, said in a statement that California staff were on their way on Sunday and described the publication as “a treatment for breathtaking and power.”
“The Supreme Commander uses the US military as a political weapon against American citizens,” Newsum said in the statement. “We will take this battle to the court, but the public cannot silence in the face of such reckless and authoritarian behavior by the President of the United States.”
On Saturday, a federal judge in Oregon in the state of Oregon prohibited the Trump administration plan for the deployment of the National Guard in Oregon, Portland to protect federal property amid protests after Trump described the city as “the war.” Orgon state officials and Portland residents alike said that the description was ridiculous.
American boycott judge Karen, IMMERGUT, who was appointed by Trump during his first term, issued the matter awaiting other arguments in the case. She said that the relatively small protests that the city saw did not justify the use of federal forces and allowing publication could harm the sovereignty of Oregon.
The Migration and Customs Building in the United States in Portland was recently a night protest site.
Trump was distinguished by Portland and Chicago as cities of crime and turmoil, and described the previous as a “war zone” and suggested that a horrific force needed to suppress problems in the end. Since the beginning of his second term, he sent or talked about sending forces to 10 cities.
Trump authorized the deployment of 300 National Guard forces in Illinois to protect officers and federal origins in Chicago on Saturday.
